With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, I bring a behaviorally informed approach to leadership development. Rather than relying on motivation alone, I help executives, professionals, and teams identify the environmental, emotional, and behavioral factors shaping performance.

I use the Energy Leadership Index as a tool to assess energy and the patterns behind behavior, along with structured goal setting, practical feedback, and measurable progress tracking. Each engagement is designed to turn insight into action so leaders can strengthen decision-making, communicate more effectively, manage pressure, and sustain meaningful change.
